You are at the top. Click any role on the left and it joins your team. To put someone under a manager, click that manager first. Once someone is on the chart you can move them — drag them onto a different manager, or in between two people. There is no wrong answer — this is your org chart, not ours.

Drag the ⠿ handle to move someone. Drop them on a person to report to that person, or between two people to sit alongside them. Their own team moves with them. Using a keyboard: focus a person, then hold Alt and press the arrow keys.
